How REGRANO works

1. Arrival on site

The mobile recycling unit is brought directly to the landfill site, waste center, or industrial facility. There is no need to build a new operation from scratch.

2. Processing the selected waste stream

The material goes through sorting, separation, crushing, and preparation for further use. The goal is to obtain the highest possible share of usable raw material.

3. Sorting valuable fractions

Plastics and other recoverable components are separated from the waste. The focus is primarily on PE, PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE, and other plastic streams suitable for subsequent processing.

4. Preparing material for recycling

The sorted material can be processed into regrind, flakes, regranulate, or feedstock for further recycling technologies.

5. Reducing landfill waste volume

The result is a lower volume of landfilled waste, new material outputs, and economic value where previously there were only costs.
